The boring but vital stuff...

Payment

Pole Flex classes are run in courses only. We do not do pay as you go classes.

Payment is due in full BEFORE the course starts. Refunds are not possible unless we are given at least 5 days’ notice before the course starts. After the 5 days prior to the course starting, refunds are strictly not possible.

Prices are non-negotiable. If you pay for a course and cannot attend one/or a couple of the month’s lessons due to holidays, sickness etc, it is up to you if you wish to pay to keep your space and forfeit the lessons or to not pay for the course and risk losing your space. IF there is space on an alternative day for a different class, you may attend to make up your lesson you have forfeited, however this is not always possible as the other classes may be full and is not a consistent option.

If there is a 5-week month, prices will be adjusted appropriately. On a 5-week month we usually run an extra workshop/special class on the final week which will be optional.

Please request bank details or PayPal details to pay, or you can pay via our bookings page. You may set up a standing order if you wish.

If you would like to bring cash, it must be agreed beforehand by Abbie.

In class rules

When in class, please respect others.

DO NOT attempt any moves you have not been taught by an instructor.

DO NOT teach a move to another student.

Please wait for appropriate instruction before attempting any moves on the pole.

Matts are always available to use, please use unless you are confident enough to complete the move without.

If you attempt a move that you have not been taught, you will risk being asked to leave the class as this can be dangerous and unsafe to you and others in class.

Some students may be at a different level to you and will be taught moves that you are not ready for.  You will be taught moves that the instructors think is safe for you therefore please do not ask or attempt to try other moves before you are physically ready.

If you are early and the class prior is still in progress, please do not disrupt the class in any way, such as trying to teach other students, however encouragement from the side lines is great! :)

Photos

Please respect that students are there to train and use their time in class to practice. Photos are completely acceptable, however please try to take photos using your own phone propped up on something as asking students consistently to take photos takes away their training time.  If this doesn't work, there will be 5-10 minutes at the end of class where the instructors can help with photos of your chosen moves, so this does not take away time from other students.

When taking photos, please respect that some students do not wish to be in the background of photos so please either ask them if they mind or ensure they are not within the photo.

Pole grip

I supply bottles of Girly Grip for £12 per bottle.  If you have your own grip that is absolutely fine to use also.

I will no longer be letting students use my own personal grip.  If you wish to purchase a bottle, please let me know.  Your name will be written on it so if you leave it behind, it will be easily returned to you.
